Pocket Trader helps Pokémon TCG Pocket players keep track of cards they want to trade, find other players with compatible interests, and communicate about potential trades. The app is designed as a coordination tool only; card exchanges are completed by users in Pokémon TCG Pocket.
Pocket Trader is independent and fan-made. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK, or Pokémon TCG Pocket.
Pocket Trader ("we", "our", or "us") provides an unofficial companion app for coordinating Pokémon TCG Pocket card trades. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the choices available to you.
Account information
When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive account information from that provider, such as a unique account identifier and, where provided, your email address. We also store profile information you choose to add, such as a display name, Pokémon TCG Pocket friend code, avatar, and language preference.

Usage, purchase, and device information
We do not request precise location, contacts, photos, camera access, or microphone access for Pocket Trader's trading features.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not request permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites for targeted advertising.
Some information you provide is visible to other users, including your display name, avatar, trade-related profile details, public listings, and information needed to coordinate a trade. Messages are visible to the users participating in that conversation. Do not submit information that you do not want other applicable users to see.
Pocket Trader uses third-party services to operate the app. These providers may process information as needed to provide their services and are governed by their own privacy policies.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep account information while your account is active. Trade listings generally remain until they are deleted, unlisted, or removed through account deletion. Chat threads and messages are designed to be removed after the related trade period closes. Some records may be retained or de-identified where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, or maintaining the integrity of trade and giveaway records.
To exercise privacy rights or make a privacy request, email pockettradersupport@gmail.com. We may need information sufficient to verify and process your request.
Pocket Trader is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Pocket Trader is operated from the United States and uses service providers that may process information in the United States or other countries. By using the app, you understand that information may be processed outside your country of residence.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the app after an update means the updated policy applies to your use going forward.

You can request deletion of your Pocket Trader account and associated personal data from inside the app or from outside the app.
Open Pocket Trader, go to Menu, choose Delete Account, and confirm the deletion prompt. This begins the account deletion process for the signed-in account.
If you cannot access the app, email pockettradersupport@gmail.com with the subject line "Pocket Trader Account Deletion Request". Include enough information for us to identify the account, such as the sign-in email address or display name associated with the account.
Deleting your Pocket Trader account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Subscription cancellation must be managed through the platform where the subscription was purchased.
When an account is deleted, we delete or de-identify personal account data unless retention is reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legitimate operational reasons.
